WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We send a link after the cleaning has been completed, this is where you can process the payment using a debit or credit card. It is safe to use and we don't save and can't access any personal information.

For commercial clients we can discuss form of payment while in person assessment.

DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?

We do not charge by the hour, instead we charge by the service provided. This helps to eliminate misunderstandings regarding the time taken to complete a job.

DO YOU OFFER VIDEO CONSULTATIONS?

We give a quote based upon self reported information, the quote will have a range where our cleaning team can asses the amount of work needed for specific cases. As long as you fill out the request for a quote you wouldn't need a video consultation. If there are specific items to be mentioned they can be added on the request.

For commercial clients we complete an in person assessment to better understand the area needs to be cleaned as well as client needs.
